​Key Notes:

1.  All rates are in SGD, not inclusive of GST.

2. Kreta Ayer Community Club Management Committee (Kreta Ayer CCMC) reserves the right to amend the above rental rates without prior notice.

3. The rental charges include air-conditioning, in-house lighting, in-house sound system, technician support, usage of dressing rooms, and provision of 3 wireless mics.

4.  Any booking outside of the operating hours (9 am to 11 pm) will be charged at a 1.5x hourly rate.

5.  Any usage exceeding the scheduled booking will be charged at a 2x hourly rate.

6.  A cleaning fee of $250.00 per day is applicable for food consumption at the backstage.

7.  Booking(s) will only be confirmed upon payment of the security deposit to “Kreta Ayer CCMC” within two weeks from the date of quotation.

8.  The 100% rental payment shall be paid at least 30 calendar days prior to the date of the Event(s).

9.  All payments must be made payable to "Kreta Ayer CCMC" only.
